FALL - School Contact Designee Information Packet

For your school to participate in the Spring tournament a School Contact Designee Form must be completed and faxed or mailed to the Pentathlon Institute's headquarters.

• School Contact Designee Form: COMPLETED YEARLY - Essential if you are a tournament school and are to be included in registration listing. The School Contact Designee is approved by the school's adminstrator to receive documents and other information from the Pentathlon Institute.
